摘 要:目的:旨在为当归主产区育苗方式创新提供理论和技术依据。方法:选择三种不同模式育成当归种苗在宕昌县阿坞镇进行覆膜移栽,测定分析种苗质量性状、田间返青率、药材质量性状与产量等指标。结果:不同模式育成当归种苗生长发育个体质量间存在显著差异,移栽后返青率、药材质量性状和产量间也存在显著差异。采用熟土模式育成当归种苗单根鲜重平均约1 g左右,根长大于11 cm,根粗在5~6.5 mm之间。种苗返青率基本呈"慢-快-慢"的变化趋势,其中川熟地种苗返青最快,其次是冬季熟土模式育成种苗,基质苗返青最慢。秋季采挖后,川熟地模式种苗移栽后当归药材单根最重,芦头茎最粗,鲜根产量达513.45 kg/667m^2。结论:川熟地育苗可作为当归主产区种苗繁育的新途径进行示范推广。Objective: To provide theoretical and technical basis for innovating of breeding model in main producing areas of Danggui( Chinese angelica). Methods: Three patterns angelica seedlings were transplanted in Awu town of Dangchang county. Rate of returning green,quality traits of the seedling and medicinal materials,as well as the yield were measured. Results: There was a significant difference in seedling individual,rate of returning green,product quality,and the yield under different breeding model. The average fresh weight of seedling was about 1 g,average root length was 11 cm,and root thick was 5 - 6. 5 mm under the breeding model of mature soil. The rate of returning green showed the tendency of " slow-fast-slow". It is the fastest growing seedling in cultivated land,followed by out-soil seedling in winter,the latest one was the matrix model. After the harvest in autumn,the single root was heaviest with the thickest roots in cultivated land,and the fresh yield of Danggui was 513. 45 kg/667 m-2. Conclusion: Breeding model of cultivated land could be used as a new way to breed seedlings in the main producing areas of Danggui.
