鱼蒌苇茎汤治疗痰热壅肺型支气管扩张并感染的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察鱼蒌苇茎汤治疗痰热壅肺型支气管扩张并感染的临床疗效。方法:将80例属痰热壅肺型支气管扩张并感染患者随机分为对照组40例、治疗组40例。治疗组选用鱼蒌苇茎汤+常规西药治疗,对照组选用常规西药治疗,两组疗程均为3周。观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效、血炎性标志物(WBC、NEUT、CRP)、肺功能(FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF)的变化情况。结果:两组均能改善患者的临床疗效、血炎性标志物(WBC、NEUT、CRP)、肺功能(FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF)(P<0.05),且治疗组上述改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:鱼蒌苇茎汤治疗支气管扩张并感染疗效确切。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Yulou Weijing Decoction in the treatment of bronchiectasis with infection of phlegm-heat congested the lung. Methods： 80 cases of bronchiectasis with infection of phlegm-heat congested the lung were randomly divided into the treatment group（ n = 40） and the control group（ n = 40）. The control group was given conventional western medicine; on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with Yulou Weijing Decoction. The treatment course was three weeks. Clinical efficacy,blood inflammatory markers（ WBC,NEUT,and CRP）,and indexes of pulmonary function（ FEV1,FEV1/FVC,and PEF） were observed and compared between the two groups. Results： Clinical curative effect,lung function and blood inflammatory markers were all improved in the two groups after the treatment（ P〈0. 05）; and the improvements were more significant in the treatment group than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Yulou Weijing Decoction has remarkable effect on bronchiectasis with infection.
