摘　　要：针对外球面轴承密封件冲压装配时外圈易变形的问题,对外圈进行受力分析,从冲压模结构优化角度考虑,提出冲压模的防变形结构及原理,并对冲压模的关键参数进行了分析计算。实践证明:该设计方案有效解决了外球面轴承密封件冲压后外圈变形问题,质量稳定可靠。Aiming at deformation of outer rings for insert bearings during stamping of seals,the load of outer rings is analyzed. Considering optimal structure of stamping die,the structure and principle are proposed for preventing deformation of stamping die,and the key parameters are analyzed and calculated for stamping die. The practice proves that the design solution effectively solves deformation of outer rings for insert bearings after stamping of seals,and the quality is stable and reliable.
