摘 要:气升式环流反应器是用于多相接触的反应装置,因其具有结构简单、能耗低、混合性能好、传质效率高、剪切力低等突出的优势而受到广泛关注,具有广阔的应用前景.概述了气升式环流反应器用于废水处理的基本原理及特点,详细介绍了目前气升式环流反应器的主要类型及其在废水处理领域的应用现状及进展,总结了反应器结构参数、操作参数和物性参数对反应器内流动与传质的影响.气升式环流反应器需要针对不同工艺要求开发强化、改进型的气升式环流反应器,在广度和深度上研究其复杂的流体力学和传质特性,以增加其在废水处理领域的应用.The airlift loop reactor is a reaction device for multi-phase contact,which has wide exposition because of its outstanding advantages such as simple structure,low energy consumption,good mixing performance,high mass transfer efficiency and low shear force.It has a broad application prospects. In this paper,the basic principles and characteristics of the airlift loop reactor are summarized.The main types of the airlift loop reactor are introduced in detail. The structural parameters,operating parameters and physical parameters of the reactor are summarized.The application status and progress of the reactor in wastewater treatment are reviewed.Finally,it is pointed out that the development of airlift loop reactor depends on the design of reinforced turbulence and controllable uniform structure. It is necessary to develop enhanced and improved airlift loop reactor for different process requirements. In the breadth and depth,to study its complex hydrodynamics and mass transfer properties to increase its use in wastewater treatment.
