摘  要:采用靶线燃速测速法,研究了新型增塑剂1,5-二叠氮基-3-硝基-氮杂戊烷(DIANP)的引入及含量变化对双基推进剂燃烧速率的影响,并讨论了不同催化剂对含有DIANP的双基推进剂燃烧速率的影响。实验结果表明:在爆热相近的情况下,DIANP部分取代硝化甘油,在10MPa下燃速可提高20%以上,压力指数升高20%左右,提高幅度与所使用的催化剂品种有关;在配方其它组分不变的条件下,用DIANP部分取代硝化甘油,随着配方中DIANP含量的增加推进剂爆热减小,燃速先增加然后降低,燃速存在一个最大值。The effect of 1, 5-diazido-3-nitrazapentane(DIANP) and its content on the burning rate of double-based propellant was studied by strand target method. The effect of different kinds of catalyzer on the burning rate of double-based propellant containing DIANP was also discussed. The results show that, under 10 MPa and close explosion temperature, when the NG is partially replaced by DIANP, the burning rate increases 20% above, and the pressure exponent increases about 20%. The range of increasing is related to the kind of catalyzer. When the NG is partially replaced by DIANP and other compositions is unalterable, the explosion heat of propellant will decrease as the content of DIANP increasing, and the burning rate will increase firstly and then decrease, there is a maximum burning rate.
