摘　　要：目的:探讨A-T皮瓣修复眼周皮肤缺损的临床效果。方法:本组28例患者眼周肿物手术切除后均行A-T皮瓣修复缺损。在肿物周围设计A-T皮瓣,切除肿物组织的同时将缺损创面修剪成等腰三角形,底边线向两侧延长,在延长线上至三角形尖端点面积分离皮瓣,将两侧皮瓣向中间推进游离闭合缺损,如果张力大可在延长线下两边各设计一个等边三角形切除。结果:全部患者A-T皮瓣均成活,创面一期愈合,无并发症发生,无明显瘢痕遗留,美容效果满意。结论:应用A-T皮瓣修复眼周皮肤缺损简单可行,效果满意。Objective To evaluate the result of using A-T flap for repair of around the eye skin defects. Methods 28 cases of eye masses were repaired with A-T flap after excision operation. The A-T flap was designed around the mass, the tissue was removed and the defect wound was trimmed into isosceles triangle, the edge line was extended to both sides. The skin flap was separated from the extension line to the triangular point area, and the flaps were pushed to the middle to promote the free closed defect. If the tension was large, an equilateral triangle resection can be made under both sides of the extension line. Results All the A-T skin flaps survived, the wounds healed at first intention, no complications occurred, no scar was left, and the cosmetic effect was satisfactory. Conclusion It is a simple, safe, and reliable method to use the A-T flap for repair of around the eye skin defects.
