高度近视患者行重睑成形术的临床体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨高度近视患者行重睑成形术的解剖特点及临床疗效。方法:2016年3月-2017年3月,14例高度近视患者行切开法重睑成形术,行上睑皮肤切口,高度近视患者上睑部眼轮匝肌更为肥厚,眶隔脂肪较深,眼轮匝肌去除较普通患者更多,去除部分深部眶隔脂肪,皮肤与睑板上缘缝合。结果:术后随访6~12个月,所有患者术后均恢复良好,未出现感染、血肿、不对称等并发症,均对重睑外形满意。结论:高度近视患者行重睑成形术,其上睑皮肤薄而松弛,眼轮匝肌肥厚,眶隔脂肪位置较深,注意这些解剖特点并仔细操作,可取得良好术后效果。Objective To investigate the anatomic features and clinical efficacy of blepharoplasty in patients with high myopia. Methods From March 2016 to March 2017, 14 cases with high myopia underwent blepharoplasty. In the high myopia patients, the orbicularis oculi muscle hypertrophy, the orbital septum fat is deeper, and the orbicularis oculi muscle is more removed than the ordinary ones. Removal of some deep orbital fat, then suture of skin and upper eyelid. Results The patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months. All patients recovered well after operation without complications of infection, hematoma and asymmetry, all of which were satisfied with the shape of double eyelid. Conclusion The high myopia patients underwent blepharoplasty with thin and relaxed upper eyelid skin, hypertrophy of orbicularis oculi muscle and deep orbital fat position. Pay attention to these anatomical features and carefully operation can achieve good postoperative results.
