穴位埋线辅助温针灸治疗单纯性肥胖症疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位埋线辅助温针灸治疗单纯性肥胖的临床疗效。方法:选取130例单纯性肥胖症患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各65例。对照组给予温针灸治疗,观察组给予穴位埋线辅助温针灸治疗。连续治疗12周,对比两组患者治疗效果、治疗前后体质指数(constitutional index,BMI)、体脂占比(Body fat ratio,FAT)、血脂指标及患者满意度的差异。结果:治疗后观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者BMI、FAT比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组BMI、FAT低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者血脂指标无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组总胆固醇(cholesterol total,TC)、甘油三酯(glycerin trilaurate,TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(Low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)均低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者对减肥治疗的满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线辅助温针灸治疗单纯性肥胖症效果显著,可有效降低患者BMI、FAT,调节血脂水平,使患者获得更好的美观效果。Objective To analyze the effect of acupoint catgut embedding therapy on the prognosis of patients with simple obesity. Methods 130 cases of simple obesity were selected and divided into 65 cases in the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method. The patients in the control group were treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion, and the patients in the observation group were given acupoint catgut embedding to assist the warm acupuncture and moxibustion treatment. After 12 weeks of continuous treatment, the effect of treatment in two groups, body mass index（BMI）, body fat ratio（FAT）, blood lipid index and patient satisfaction were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and there was significant difference between the groups（P〈0.05）. Before treatment, there was no significant difference in BMI, FAT and Leptinbetween the two groups（P〉0.05）. After treatment, the BMI and FAT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Two groups of patients with blood lipid index had no significant difference before treatment（P〉0.05）; the observation group after treatment, total cholesterol（TC）, triglyceride（TG）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C） lower than the control group, high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） was higher than the control group, there was a statistically significant difference between groups（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the satisfaction rate of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and there was significant difference between the groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding plus warm acupuncture has a significant effect in the treatment of simple obesity. It can effectively reduce the BMI and FAT levels of patients and regulate the level of blood
