摘　　要：目的研究妊娠期糖尿病患者血浆25-OH维生素D的水平变化及预测价值。方法选取2016年1月至2016年12月行产前检查的单胎妊娠妇女110例,并于11～13周、24～28周行75 g口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT),并采用ELISA法检测外周血25-OH维生素D水平。OGTT结果异常为GDM组(55例),正常为对照组(55例)。比较两组孕妇不同时期的血浆25-OH维生素D水平。结果 GDM组孕11～13周、孕24～28周的血浆25-OH维生素D水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者不同孕期的血浆25-OH维生素D水平发生变化,出现不同程度的缺乏情况,临床可在不同孕期监控孕妇的血浆25-OH维生素D水平,以避免不良妊娠结局,值得应用与推广。Objective To study the change and predictive value of plasma 25-OH vitamin D level in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 110 cases of women with singleton pregnancy undergoing prenatal examination from January 2016 and December 2016 were selected and given 75 g oral glucose tolerance test（OGTT） at 11 to 13 weeks and 24 to 28 weeks of pregnancy, and the 25-OH vitamin D level of peripheral blood were detected by ELISA. GDM group（55 cases） had abnormal OGTT results, while the control group had normal OGTT results. The plasma 25-OH vitamin D levels at different stages were compared between the two groups. Results The plasma25-OH vitamin D levels at 11 to 13 weeks and 24 to 28 weeks of pregnancy in GDM group were significantly lower than those in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions The plasma 25-OH vitamin D levels in gestational diabetes mellitus patients varies in different pregnancy, and there is a different degree of deficiency. The plasma 25-OH vitamin D levels of pregnant women can be monitored in different pregnancy stages, so as to avoid the adverse pregnancy outcome, which is worthy of application and promotion.
