摘 要:目的探讨阴道微生态环境与白带清洁度在生殖道感染检查中的相关性。方法选取2017年1月至2017年12月我院行常规检查的阴部不适感患者1 553例,比较其阴道微生态检查与白带清洁度检查结果,及与阴道病原体检出率和阴道菌群代谢酶生化指标的相关性。结果阴道微生态检查异常率为52.29%(812例),明显高于白带清洁度异常的40.63%(631例)(P<0.05)。线索细胞、假丝酵母菌、毛滴虫检出率与阴道微生态检查结果的相关性系数分别为0.883、0.904、0.892(P<0.05),明显高于与白带清洁度检查结果的相关性系数0.753、0.715、0.824(P<0.05)。SNa、LE、GUS、GA和GlcNac阳性率与阴道微生态检查结果的相关性系数分别为0.887、0.915、0.863、0.875和0.869(P<0.05),明显高于白带清洁度检查中的0.723、0.806、0.726、0.746、0.718(P<0.05)。结论阴道微生态检查更能够反映患者的病情,与阴道常见病原体检出率和菌群代谢酶生化指标阳性率的相关性明显高于清洁度检查。Objective To explore the correlation between vaginal microecological environment and leucorrhea cleanliness in the detection of reproductive tract infections. Methods 1 553 cases of patients with pudendal discomfort receiving routine examination in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected. The results of vaginal microecological test and leucorrhea cleanliness test, and the correlation with the vaginal pathogen detection rate and biochemical indicators of metabolic enzymes in vaginal flora were compared.Results The abnormal rate of vaginal microecological test was 52.29%(812 cases), significantly higher than 40.63%(631 cases) of leucorrhea cleanliness test(P〈0.05). The correlative coefficient between the detection rate of cue cells, candida albicans and trichomonas with vaginal microecological test results were respectively 0.883, 0.904 and 0.892(P〈0.05), significantly higher than 0.753, 0.715 and 0.824 of leucorrhea cleanliness(P〈0.05). The correlative coefficient between the positive rates of SNa, LE, GUS, GA and Glc Nac with vaginal microecological test results were respectively 0.887, 0.915, 0.863, 0.875 and 0.869(P〈0.05), significantly higher than 0.723, 0.806, 0.726,0.746 and 0.718 of the leucorrhea cleanliness(P〈0.05). Conclusions Vaginal microecological test can reflect patients' disease condition better, with higher correlation with the vaginal pathogen detection rate and the positive rate of biochemical indicators of metabolic enzymes in vaginal flora than the cleanliness test.
