摘 要:以改善石膏的力学强度和耐水性为目的,采用偏高岭土作为钢渣活性激发剂掺入钢渣-石膏混合体系中。探究了不同掺量的偏高岭土对钢渣-石膏复合材料的表观密度、吸水率、抗压强度、软化系数和初、终凝时间等指标的影响。结果表明:随着偏高岭土掺量的增加,初、终凝时间趋于缩短,吸水率不断降低,表观密度不断增大,当偏高岭土的掺量为5%,钢渣-石膏复合材料获得最佳的力学强度与耐水性,相对于未掺加偏高岭土的绝干抗压强度增加10.7%,湿抗压强度增加34.1%,软化系数提升22.2%。For improving the strength and water resistance of gypsum, metakaolin was added into the steel slag-gypsum system as acti-vators of steel slag.Apparent density, water absorption, compressive strength, softening coefficient, initial and final setting time, and otherindicators of steel slag-gypsum composites affected by metakaolin was investigated.The results showed that initial and final setting timeand water absorption tend to be shortened, apparent density gradually increased with metakaolin content increases.When content ofmetakaolin was 5%, the steel slag-gypsum composite obtains the optimum mechanical strength.Compared to that without the metakaolin,the dry and wet compressive strength, compressive softening coeffcient increased 10.7%, 34.1% and 22.2%, respectively.
