摘 要:通过试验,研究不同骨料混凝土的变形特性,包括不同骨料对混凝土弹性模量、极限拉伸值以及对砂浆、混凝土干缩的影响,并通过平板法和TST开裂试验,定量分析不同骨料混凝土的早期开裂敏感特性。结果表明,在同水胶比条件下,不同品种骨料的混凝土试件后期弹性模量大小顺序均为:灰岩>玄武岩>大理岩≈花岗岩>砂岩;不同品种骨料混凝土试件28 d龄期以后极限拉伸值从高到低依次为砂岩>灰岩>大理岩>玄武岩≈花岗岩;不同品种骨料的水泥砂浆与混凝土试件干缩率大小依次为:砂岩>玄武岩≈花岗岩≈大理岩>灰岩;从早期抗裂性能以及长期收缩结果来看,灰岩骨料混凝土和大理岩混凝土的抗裂抗收缩性能优于其他类型混凝土。Through the experiment, the deformation characteristics of different aggregate concrete are studied, including the influence ofdifferent aggregate on the elastic modulus of concrete, the ultimate tensile value, the shrinkage of mortar and concrete.And the early crack-ing sensitivity of different aggregate concrete was quantitatively analyzed by plate method and TST cracking test.The results showed thatthe order of elastic modulus in concrete samples of different types of aggregate under the same water-cement ratio is lime-stone〉basalt〉marble抑granite〉sandstone.After 28d age, the ultimate tensile values of different aggregate concrete specimens were sand-stone〉limestone〉marble〉basalt抑granite.The order of shrinkage of cement mortar and concrete specimen of different kinds of aggregate issandstone〉basalt抑granite抑marble〉limestone.From the early anti-cracking performance and long-term shrinkage results, limestone ag-gregate concrete and marble concrete anti-cracking and anti-shrinkage performance is better than other types of concrete.
