摘 要:以北欧、晚秋、深秋红和状元黄4个大果沙棘品种为研究对象,采用水分胁迫方式探讨沙棘品种间的生理指标的变化。结果表明:4个品种沙棘在水分胁迫加剧条件下,叶绿素含量逐渐下降,丙二醛含量逐渐上升,超氧化物歧化酶先上升后下降。耐旱性顺序依次为北欧>状元黄>晚秋、深秋红。Taking four species of Hippophae rhamnoides(Hippophae rhamnoides ‘Beiou',Hippophae rhamnoides ‘Wanqiu',Hippophae rhamnoides ‘Shenqiuhong',Hippophae rhamnoides ‘Zhuangyuanhuang')as the research object,the changes of physiological indexes among varieties of Hippophae rhamnoides were studied by water stress.Result shows that the chlorophyll content of the four varieties of Hippophae rhamnoides gradually decrease,the malondialdehyde content increase gradually,and the superoxide dismutase increase firstly and then decrease under the condition of increasing water stress.The order of drought tolerance is Hippophae rhamnoides ‘Beiou'Hippophae rhamnoides ‘Zhuangyuanhuang' Hippophae rhamnoides ‘Wanqiu',Hippophae rhamnoides ‘Shenqiuhong'.
