摘  要:为了探索品种桑在黑龙江省的适应性,进行了桑树绿枝扦插技术试验。结果表明:桑树绿枝扦插成活率与扦插基质关系非常密切,配比土的扦插成活率高于风沙土,其平均成活率为16.13%。蒙古桑成活率最高,为25.75%;龙桑1号最低,为11.00%。用浓度为0.29mg·mL^(-1)萘乙酸(NAA)处理2h插穗,没有提高配比土绿枝扦插成活率,扦插平均成活率仅为1.93%。In order to explore the adaptability of variety of Morus albain Heilongjiang Province and make it more widely popularized and applied in production units,experiment of green-branch cuttings for Morus alba was conducted.Result shows that the survival rated of cuttings of Morus albais closely related to cutting substrate,the survival rate of cutting of soil with different mass ratios is higher than that of aeolian sandy soil;the average survival rate of soil mixing ratio is 16.13%,among which Mongolian mulberry have the highest survival rate,being 25.75%.Morus alba ‘Longsang No.1'has the lowest survival rate,being 11.00%.Treating the cuttings with 0.29 mg·ml^(-1) naphthaleneacetic acid(NAA)for 2 hours did not increase the survival rate of the greenwood,and the average survival rate of cuttings is only 1.93%.Further experimental studies are needed for.
