摘　　要：信息化服务适应了农村分布广阔、信息分散的特点,在农村产权流转交易中起着非常重要的作用。制定。Information service has adapted to the characteristics of wide distribution and scattered information in rural areas, and played a very important role in the transaction of rural property rights.
