摘　　要：区县广电网络面对严峻的市场竞争困境,有必要整合自身优势,克服发展劣势,着力在整体战略定位、业务发展战略、市场竞争战略等方面制订出适合本区域发展的方向。介绍了区县广电网络发展战略的一些思路,为区县广电网络的发展提供借鉴。In the face of severe market competition difficulties,district and county radio and television networks need to integrate their own strengths to overcome their disadvantages,and strive to formulate directions for the development in these regions in terms of overall strategic positioning,business development strategies,and market competition strategies. This article introduced some ideas for the development strategy,and provided reference for the development of radio and television networks in districts and counties.
