摘　　要：2005年,我国首次提出新农村建设,继而一系列的发展政策与方案被投入使用,乡村建设成为了我国政府大力关注的民生问题,"智慧乡村"的概念就是在此背景下产生的。对村村通工程和"智慧乡村"的内涵进行分析,探寻两者结合点,从而探讨如何利用村村通工程实现"智慧乡村"的建设目标,最终实现农村发展新模式,为我国农业发展与进步作出应有的贡献。In 2005,China first proposed new rural construction,and then a series of development policies and plans were implemented. Rural construction has become a serious concern of the government. The concept of Smart Village came into being in this context. This article analyzes the connotation of village coverage project and Smart Village,and explores the combination point of the two,so as to discuss how to make use of the village coverage project to achieve the goal of Smart Village and the new mode of rural development,and make contribution to the development and progress of agriculture in China.
