摘　　要：为解决基层卫生机构严重缺少全科医生的问题,国家从2010年开始实施定向免费培养医学生的政策,但培养的毕业生履约率不高。该文通过对325名在校生进行调查,分析定向医学专业学生对专业的兴趣感、教学满意度、政策了解程度、基层卫生工作和政策实施意义的认同度,以及回生源地和基层卫生单位工作的意愿和履约率。学校应加强教育引导,政府应提供更多的政策支持,以提高农村订单定向免费医学生的履约率。In order to solve the serious shortage of general practitioners in primary health institutions,our state began to implement the policy of directed free training in 2010, but the performance rate of graduates trained is not high. Based on a survey of 325 college students, this paper tries to investigate the students＇ undefined professional interest, teaching satisfaction, policy understanding, the recognition of the basic health work and the significance of the implementation of the policy, and willingness and compliance rate of work in return and primary health units. Schools should strengthen the educational guidance and the government should provide more policies supports.
