摘  要:对轧辊斜轧波纹管这一过程进行运动分析,根据曲面包络理论并结合空间坐标变换法对斜轧波纹管轧辊螺旋孔型曲面方程进行研究,获得其数学模型。然后利用MATLAB软件对轧辊螺旋孔型曲面数学模型进行描述,得到孔型曲面的一系列数据,编辑程序对孔型曲面的相关数据进行处理,再将处理后的数据导入到PROE软件中,建立轧辊三维模型。最后将轧辊三维模型导入到VERICUT软件中,以轧辊模型为刀具对不锈钢管材进行轧制加工仿真,验证轧辊模型的可行性与有效性。Doing motion analysis about skew roller and corrugated pipe,based on the envelope theory of surface,the surface equation of skew roller about corrugated pipe is studied with space coordinate transformation method to obtain the mathematical model. Then,the mathematical model of the skew roller's surface is described by the software MATLAB to obtain a series of data about the grooved surface,relevant data is processed by editing program. Next,the processed data is transferred to the software PROE to establish a three-dimensional model of the skew roller. Finally,the solid model of the skew roller is transferred to the software VERICUT to simulate about the rolling process to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model of roller.
