摘 要:为探究结构参数对滑动轴承润滑性能的影响,以有限长径向滑动轴承为研究对象,基于流体润滑计算理论,建立了流体动压径向滑动轴承润滑模型,使用有限差分法求解Reynolds方程获得油膜厚度和压力,分析宽径比和相对间隙对滑动轴承动力学特性的影响。结果表明:有限长径向滑动轴承的压力三维分布图近似为连续的抛物面分布;适当增大滑动轴承的宽度,有利于滑动轴承润滑油膜形成,提高滑动轴承的承载能力;摩擦力矩和承载能力随相对间隙减小而增加,端泄流量随相对间隙增大而增大,相对间隙对偏位角无影响。In order to study the effect of structural parameters on the lubrication performance of sliding bearings,a finite length radial plain bearing was investigated in present work. Based on the theory of fluid lubrication calculation,a fluid pressure radial sliding bearing lubrication model was established. The finite difference method is used to solve the Reynolds equation to obtain oil film thickness and pressure,the influence of the width ratio and the relative clearance on the dynamic characteristics of the sliding bearing were compared and analyzed.The results show that the three-dimensional distribution of the pressure in the radial bearing with finite length approximates a continuous paraboloid distribution. The appropriate increase in the width of the sliding bearing is conducive to sliding bearing oil film formation,can improve the bearing capacity of sliding bearings.The friction torque and the bearing capacity become lower with the decrease of relative clearance,on the contrast,the discharge capacity increases with the decline of the relative clearance,the relative gap on the offset angle has no effect.
