摘  要:为满足二甲醚可控预混合燃烧过程中控制阀需要长时间保持较大开度开启状态的技术要求,实现控制阀正时及升程可变控制,设计一种机电液控制系统。阐述了结构方案及工作原理,并基于AMEsim软件建立仿真模型,对电磁阀保持开启状态持续时间、控制阀弹簧刚度、油孔间距进行仿真分析。分析结果表明,电磁阀持续开启时间直接影响控制阀的最大升程;控制阀弹簧刚度越大,在控制阀达到最大位移后的振动幅度越小;合适的油孔间距能够实现控制阀平缓落座。Designing a kind of electromechanical hydraulic control system to meet the requirement of long time to maintain a larger opening of the control valve in the controlled premixed combustion process of DME and realize the control valve timing and lift variable controlling. The structure scheme and working principle are described and the simulation model is established based on the AMEsim. The simulation analysis is carried out on the opening duration of the solenoid valve,the spring stiffness of the control valve and the distance between the oil holes. Analysis results show that the electromagnetic valve opening time directly affect the control valve for maximum lift. The bigger the control valve spring stiffness is,the smaller the vibration amplitude is. The suitable spacing of oil hole can make the control valve take its seat gently.
