摘　　要：本文基于复杂网络分析的视角,以广西和越南装备制造业集群为例,研究其跨国合作的发展机制并进行MATLAB仿真模拟。得出以下结论:广西与越南的装备制造业集群的合作日益深化,在发展初期具有较大的网络密度,随着节点企业数量的增多,密度有所下降,最终趋于平稳,显示出整体的合作网络具有较强的鲁棒性;不同的演变阶段应当制定不同的政策方案,以促进整体集群的发展。This paper makes analogue simulation of industrial cluster trans-regional cooperation and finds out the following conclusions： During the development process of industrial cluster trans-regional cooperation,it always accompanies with a three-stage evolution of ＂horizonvertical-hierarchy＂. In the early stage of cooperation,the network density is quite large. With the increase of enterprise quantity,the density has descended,but the descend range is getting smaller,which reflects the mature stage of industrial cluster trans-regional cooperation and that its network structure has strong robustness. Finally,different policies should be formulated at different stages of evolution.
