摘 要:运动干预法是血糖管理"五驾马车"中的主要方式之一,糖尿病患者通过有效的运动不仅能改善血糖水平还可提高自我管控能力。目前,关于运动疗法的研究主要集中于单项运动的控糖机制及基础应用,从而探讨多样化的运动形式对血糖的影响及效果。但不同的运动方式对患者血糖影响不同,如何针对患者个体差异而选择合适的运动方案,以保证运动治疗的有效性与实效性,是目前医护领域值得深思和探究的重点。笔者就近年来国内外关于不同运动方式对2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者血糖的影响做一综述,旨在为临床工作提供参考,以提高该类患者血糖管理效果。Exercise intervention is one of the "Five Carriages" in the blood glucose management. Effective exercises can improve diabetic patients' blood glucose level as well as their self-control ability. At present, the research on exercise therapy mainly focuses on the glycemic control mechanism and basic application of single exercise; there is a need to explore the effect of various exercise forms on glycaemic control. However, different exercise modes have different effects on patients' glycaemic control. Exploring appropriate exercise programs based on the patient's individuality and ensuring timeliness and effectiveness of the exercise therapy is the key point of medical care. In this paper, the authors review the influence of different exercise patterns on glycaemic control in patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus(T2 DM) at home and abroad in recent years, in order to provide reference for clinical work.
