血脂康与阿托伐他汀联合治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察探讨血脂康与阿托伐他汀对高血压合并冠心病的联合治疗的效果。方法该科室2014年12月—2017年12月期间收治的高血压合并冠心病患者140例为临床研究对象,按照随机的方式分为观察组和对照组,观察组和对照组各70例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予血脂康和阿托伐他汀联合治疗,对比观察两组患者的临床治疗效果和患者满意度。结果对照组的治疗有效率及患者满意度71.43%,72.86%均明显低于观察组92.86%,90.00%,两组数据对比,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.973 2,7.973 2,P﹤0.05)。结论对高血压合并冠心病患者采用血脂康与阿托伐他汀联合治疗,效果确切,安全性高,患者满意度高,值得临床上推广应用。Objective To observe and study the effect of lovastatin combined with atorvastatin in treatment of hypertension combined with coronary heart disease. Methods 140 cases of patients with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease admitted and treated in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 70 cases in each, the control group used the routine therapy, while the observation group were treated with lovastatin combined with atorvastatin, and the clinical treatment effect and satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment effective rate and satisfactory degree in the control group were obviously lower than those in the observation group, 71.43%, 72.86% vs 92.86%, 90.00%, and the differences were obvious, with statistical significance,（χ2=7.973 2,7.973 2, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of lovastatin combined with atorvastatin in treatment of hypertension combined with coronary heart disease is definite, with high safety, and high satisfactory degree, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
