某院活血化瘀类中药注射剂不合理联用情况与分析

摘　　要：目的探讨某院活血化瘀类中药注射剂不合理联用情况,为该院活血化瘀类中药注射剂的规范、合理使用提供参考依据。方法随机从2015年1月~2016年12月某院中成药处方中抽取100张开具有两种及两种以上药品且一种为活血化瘀类中药注射剂的处方为研究对象。以《医院处方点评管理规范》为准则,予以样本处方点评,筛查出不合理联用处方,分析点评结果及不合理联用原因。结果经点评,100张样本处方共计筛查不合理联用处方60张,不合理率60.0%。其中,不合理联用构成比前三者依次为丹参川芎嗪与血栓通(21.67%)、丹参川芎嗪与舒血宁(16.67%)和七叶皂苷与血塞通(15.0%),不合理联用样本主要涉及科室为内科(48.33%)和骨科(45.0%)。结论该院活血化瘀类中药不合理联用情况较为严重,其中多为相同或相近药理、药性药品的重复使用,有待今后进一步加强用药管理,以提高活血化瘀类中药注射剂的使用规范性和合理性,以保证疗效及用药安全,降低不良反应发生风险。Objective To explore the unreasonable combination of Chinese traditional medicine injection for activating blood circulation and blood stasis in a hospital, and provide reference for the standardization and rational use of TCM injections for activating blood and blood stasis in the hospital. Methods From January, 2015 to December, 2016, 100 patients were extracted from the prescription of Chinese medicine in a hospital with two or more drugs, and a prescription of TCM injections for activating blood circulation and blood stasis was studied. Based on the guidelines of ＂hospital prescription review and management＂, the sample prescription review was given, and the prescription was screened out. The results of the review and the reasons for the unreasonable combination were analyzed. Results The results were reviewed, and 100 samples of the prescription were unreasonably combined with 60 prescriptions, and the unsatisfactory rate was 60.0%. Among them, the unreasonable combination of salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine and form than the previous three thrombosis（21.67%） and salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine and shu ning（16.67%） and 7 Ye Zao glycosides and plug（15.0%）, blood unreasonable combination sample department mainly deals with internal medicine（48.33%） and bone（45.0%）. Conclusion The hospital the kind of Chinese traditional medicine for activating blood circulation is not reasonable combination situation is relatively serious, mostly the same or similar pharmacology, medicinal drugs for repeated use, remains to be further strengthened management, in order to improve the promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis type using the normative and rationality of TCM injections, to ensure safety usage and curative effect, reduce the risk of adverse reaction occurred.
