恶性葡萄胎清宫术后化疗患者加强护理观察的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探析恶性葡萄胎清宫术后化疗患者实施加强护理观察的临床效果。方法将本院2014年1月~2017年9月期间接受清宫术与化疗的60例恶性葡萄胎患者选为观察对象,依照随机数字表法分为两组,即常规组(n=30)、加强组(n=30)。常规组患者实施常规护理,加强组患者实施加强护理,对两组患者的心理状态、护理满意度展开统计比较。结果在心理状态方面,加强组患者护理后抑郁评分、焦虑评分低于常规组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在护理满意度方面,加强组患者高于常规组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论恶性葡萄胎清宫术后化疗患者实施加强护理观察的临床效果更加显著,不仅可以改善患者心理状态,还可以提高患者护理满意度,是一种值得在临床中全面借鉴与应用的护理方式。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of strengthening the concept of care in patients with malignant hydatidiform mole after chemotherapy. Methods 60 patients with malignant mole who underwent uterine surgery and chemotherapy from January 2014 to September 2017 in our hospital were selected as observation objects. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, that is, the normal group（n=30）. Strengthen the group（n=30）. Routine care was performed on patients in the routine group, and enhanced care was performed on patients in the booster group. Statistical comparisons were made between the psychological status and satisfaction with care of the two groups of patients. Results In terms of psychological status, the depression scores and anxiety scores of patients in the enhanced group were lower than those in the conventional group（P〈0.05）. In terms of satisfaction with care, patients in the booster group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of strengthening the concept of nursing in patients with chemotherapy after malignant cervical hysterectomy is more significant, not only can improve the patient＇s psychological state, but also can improve patient care satisfaction. It is a kind of nursing method worthy of comprehensive reference and application in clinical practice.
