孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿反复发作性过敏性紫癜临床实效性探究

摘　　要：目的探讨孟鲁司特钠对小儿反复发作性过敏性紫癜患者进行治疗后的效果分析。方法选择本院2015年8月~2017年9月收治的94例小儿反复发作性过敏性紫癜患者作为实验对象;通过数字奇偶法对所有患儿展开随机分组;对照组(47例)采用常规疗法对患儿进行治疗;观察组(47例)选择常规疗法与孟鲁司特钠联合对患儿进行治疗;最终就两组患儿的病症治疗总有效率、尿生化指标以及症状消失时间展开对比。结果同对照组患儿病症治疗总有效率(74.47%)对比,观察组(97.87%)提高程度显著(P<0.05);同对照组患儿Alb等尿生化指标对比,观察组改善程度显著(P<0.05);同对照组患儿症状消失时间比较,观察组获得显著减少(P<0.05)。结论临床针对反复发作性过敏性紫癜患儿在施以治疗期间,合理选择孟鲁司特钠药物完成治疗,于患儿疾病表征改善以及尿生化指标改善方面可以获得确切效果。Objective To investigate the effect of montelukast on the treatment of children with recurrent anaphylactoid purpura. Methods A total of 94 children with recurrent anaphylactoid purpura who were admitted to our hospital from August 2015 to September 2017 were selected as experimental subjects. All children were randomly divided into groups by the digital odds method. The control group（47 cases） was treated with conventional therapies. The children were treated; the observation group（47 patients） were treated with the combination of regular therapy and montelukast sodium; finally, the total effective rate, the urine biochemical index, and the disappearance time of the symptoms of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of illness treatment（74.47%） was significantly higher in the observation group（97.87%）（P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, Alb and other urine biochemical indexes were significantly improved in the observation group（P〈0.05）; Compared with the disappearance time of symptoms in the control group, the observation group was significantly reduced（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical selection of children with recurrent anaphylactoid purpura during the treatment period, the rational choice of montelukast sodium drugs Complete treatment can provide precise results in the improvement of disease characterization and improvement of urinary biochemical indicators in children.
