摘  要:宫颈癌是女性常见恶性肿瘤。研究发现紫草素能够诱导人宫颈癌细胞产生ROS,并调控MAPKs的活性,上调p53的表达水平,引发B淋巴细胞瘤-2家族蛋白水平的改变,造成线粒体外膜通透性改变,促进细胞色素C从线粒体释放到细胞质,引发一系列caspase的级联反应,从而促使细胞发生凋亡,也可通过降低人宫颈癌细胞中FAK的表达水平和磷酸化水平来抑制细胞增殖,促进细胞凋亡,降低其黏附、侵袭和迁移能力,从而达到抗肿瘤的目的。本文就其作用机理进行详细综述。Cervical cancer is a common malignant tumor in women. Studies have shown that shikonin could induce ROS in human cervical cancer cells, regulate the activity of MAPKs, upregulate the expression of p53, change the protein level of B-cell lymphoma-2 family, trigger a cascade of caspase cascades, perturbate the mitochondrial membrane permeability and release the cyt ochrome-C from the mitochondria to the cytoplasm, which induces apoptosis of cells.In addition, it could also inhibit cell proliferation, promote apoptosis and reduce its biological behavior by decreasing the expression level and phosphorylation level of FAK in human cervical cancer cells. In this paper, a summary review is given about the detailed mechanism.
