分布式创新中知识粘性的削弱对策研究——基于跨国公司管理视角

摘　　要：十九大提出了新发展理念,进一步强调了创新的重要性,同时为企业实施"走出去"提供了新的政策。在这个背景下,分布式创新作为一种新的创新模式十分契合现代企业新的创新发展方向。文章首先阐述了分布式创新理论的主要内容,进而从知识视角研究了在分布式创新过程中产生知识粘性的原因,分析了知识粘性的存在对分布式创新的影响。最后提出了相应的对策:将分布式创新常规化,建设知识共享平台;创新知识共享网络,优化知识转移渠道;建立相应的激励机制,增强企业间分享意识。The 19 th National Congress of CPC put forward the new development concept, further emphasized the importance of innovation, and provided new policies for enterprises to implement ＂going global＂ strategy. In this context, distributed innovation as a new mode of innovation is very suitable for the new development direction of modern enterprises. This paper first expounds the main contents of the distributed innovation theory, and then studies the causes of knowledge stickiness in the process of distributed innovation from the knowledge perspective, and analyzes the influence of the existence of knowledge stickiness on the distributed innovation. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward： the distributed innovation should be normalized, the knowledge sharing platform should be built, the knowledge sharing network should be innovating, the knowledge transfer channels should be optimized, the corresponding incentive mechanism should be set up, and the sharing consciousness among enterprises should be enhanced.
