健康体检五项结果分析与健康管理对策

摘　　要：目的分析常规体检验常用基本项目结果 ,探讨普及健康管理与干预的必要性。方法分析2014年9月—2015年8月健康体检常用最基本项目:空腹血糖、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、血尿酸和血尿素氮的结果异常比例及各年龄段的分布。结果检出高血糖者占9.53%,高血脂者占21.92%,高胆固醇者占16.27%,高尿酸者占17.78%,高尿素氮者占0.88%,男性明显高于女性,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论检验结果异常严重,是可能导致住院患者、门诊病人和持续增高原因,故健康管理对策是:普及健康体检并向健康管理推进,对疾病或可能发生的疾病早发现,从科学的饮食、体育锻炼这些低成本方法进行早干预,预防这些结果高导致的疾病发生或晚发生甚至逆反,防病于未然,是真正的治未病。Objective This paper tries to analyze the results of common basic items used in routine tests to explore the need for universal health management and intervention. Methods Analysis of the most common basic items for health check-ups from September 1, 2014 to August 31, 2015： abnormal ratios of fasting blood glucose, triglycerides, total cholesterol, blood uric acid, and blood urea nitrogen, and the distribution of ages. Results 9.53% were detected with hyperglycemia, 21.92%with hyperlipidemia, 16.27% with high cholesterol, 17.78% with high uric acid, 0.88% with high urea nitrogen, and significantly higher in men than women. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The test results are abnormally serious and may cause inpatients, outpatients＇ persistently increasing. Therefore, the health management countermeasures are： popularizing physical examinations and advancing health management, early detection of diseases or possible diseases,scientific diet, physical exercise, with these low-cost methods of early intervention to prevent the occurrence of these diseases caused by high or late or even reversal, preventing these diseases in advance is the urgency.
