荆芥连翘汤足浴治疗糖尿病足的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析评价荆芥连翘汤足浴治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法选取2016年2月—2017年2月收治的80例糖尿病足患者作为研究的对象,按随机盲选法分成两组,每组40例;其中,对照组患者采取常规对症方法进行治疗,观察组患者则在常规对症方法治疗的基础上,重点使用荆芥连翘汤足浴治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果在治疗总有效率上,观察组为97.50%,和对照组的70.00%比较明显更高,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在足部溃疡面积方面,治疗前两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经积极治疗后,观察组明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对糖尿病足患者,采取荆芥连翘汤足浴治疗能够起到显著的疗效;因此值得采纳及应用。Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical curative effect of jingjielianqiao decotion foot bath in treatment of diabetic foot. Methods 80 cases of patients with diabetic foot admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, the control group used the routine systematic method, while the observation group used the jingjielianqiao decotion foot bath on the basis of the control group, and the clinical treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（97.50% vs 70.00%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the difference in the foot ulcer area between the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant（P〈0.05, and the indicator in the observation group after the positive treatment was obviously less than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of jingjielianqiao decotion foot bath in treatment of diabetic foot patients is obvious, therefore, it is worth recommendation and application.
