摘  要:采用丙纶色丝与标准型熔纺氨纶织制平针全添纱针织物。探讨了丙纶线圈长度及丙纶与氨纶的圈长比对织物弹性的影响。试验结果表明,当丙纶与氨纶的圈长比相同时,织物中氨纶的质量分数基本相同,织物的弹性随着丙纶线圈长度的增大而减小;当丙纶线圈长度不变时,随着丙纶与氨纶圈长比的增大,织物的弹性先减小后增大。Polypropylene yarn and standard melt-spun spandex were used for plain full plating stitch knitting.The effect of different loop length of plating polypropylene yarn and loop length ratio between polypropylene yarn and spandex on the fabric elasticity was discussed.The results showed that when the loop length ratio of polypropylene yarn and spandex was certain,the mass fraction of the spandex was basically the same,and the elastic of the fabric decreased with the increase of the loop length of the polypropylene yarn.When the loop length of the polypropylene yarn was constant,with the increase of the loop length ratio between polypropylene yarn and spandex,the elasticity of the fabric decreased first and then increased.
