摘 要:空心抽油杆电加热采油过程中常因空心杆断裂而影响油井正常生产。为弄清空心抽油杆断裂原因,以TZXX井断裂空心杆为对象,开展化学成分分析、金相分析、力学性能分析、断口微观形貌分析以及腐蚀分析,以探索空心杆断裂原因。研究表明,断裂空心杆的化学成分满足标准的要求,在结合其他分析手段的基础上得到空心杆的断裂属于腐蚀疲劳断裂,并且空心杆的强度值远高于规定的最高值致使其抗腐蚀疲劳的性能降低。提出了坚持"以防为重点"的治理对策,入井时需强化质量管控,并且根据实际井况优化加热电缆及空心杆的下深及电加热功率,强化空心杆的强度校核,以保证抽油杆的长久运行。该研究能够为后期空心杆在类似油井的运用提供理论指导。The oil production process is often affected by the hollow rod breaking during the oil production by the hollow sucker rod with electric heating. Taking the breaking hollow rod of well TZXX as the research object,this paper carried out the chemical composition analysis,mechanical performance analysis,fracture morphology analysis and corrosion analysis to explore the reasons of hollow rod breaking and developed reasonable countermeasures,to ensure the long-term use of hollow rod in heavy oil wells. Research shows that the chemical composition of the breaking hollow rod meet the requirements of the standard; combined with other analytical methods,it concludes that the hollow rod breaking belongs to the corrosion fatigue fracture,and the strength of the hollow rod value is much higher than the value of standard,leading to the corrosion fatigue performance. Aiming at the problem of hollow rod breaking,the paper puts forward "countermeasures to prevent"as the focus,strengthens the hollow rod quality control,and according to the actual well conditions to optimize the depth of heating cable and hollow rod and electrical heating power to ensure the long-term operation of the sucker rod. The study can provide theoretical guidance for the application of the hollow rod in heavy oil wells and similar oil wells.
