摘　　要：村治能人研究在现代化乡村治理实践研究中具有重要地位。基于村治能人的研究现状,以影响力理论为分析视角,借助规范性和经验性两种现代政治学分析形式,试图对村治能人进行分类研究。依据村治能人运用影响力的的各种差异,将村治能人分为好人型能人、恶人型能人、中间型能人和权威型能人四种类型,并利用规范性与经验性方法对其进行比较分析,从而提出一种系统性的能人治村类型理论。理论指导实践,实现乡村振兴战略才能可望也可即。The study of village governing talents plays an important role in the study of rural governance modernization. Based on the research status of village governing talents, the paper attempts to classify the village governing people from the perspective of influence theory, with the help of two modern political analysis forms, namely normative and empirical. The village governing people can be divided into four types： good and capable man, wicked type, intermediate type and authoritative type. According to the normative and empirical analysis, it can put forward a system of the rule of man village type theory. it is possible to realize the strategy of rural revitalization by guiding the practice of theory and realizing the strategy of rural revitalization.
