摘  要:劳动关系是现代社会重要的社会关系之一,其和谐程度关系经济与社会的发展。现阶段我国进入了"互联网+"时代,经济进入改革深化的新常态时期,在这样的背景下我国的劳动关系主体及其利益诉求越来越多元化、复杂化,劳动关系问题进入凸显期和多发期。"互联网+"平台的兼容性和开放性决定了这个平台催生的各种社会关系也必然具备多样性,了解与识别新时代背景下的劳动关系存在的问题,进而研究实现和谐劳动关系的对策与路径,对于构建和谐的社会关系具有重要意义。Labor relations, as one of the most basic and important social relations in economic and social development, is related to the vital interests of workers, enterprises and governments; and is related to the development of economy and society in our country. At the present stage, under the rapid development of information technology, China has entered into the era of "Internet +" and the economy has entered into the new normal period of deep reform. Under the background of this era, China's labor relations and its subject interests have become more and more diversified and complicated. The issue of labor relations goes into the period of prominence and recurrence. The compatibility and openness of the "Internet+" platform determine the various social relations of the platform with diversity. It is to understand and identify the existing problems of labor relations of new era, and to study the measures of realizing the harmonious labor relations, which has great significance on the construction of harmonious social relations.
