超声在评价老年心力衰竭患者左心形态与功能价值研究

摘　　要：目的分析超声在评价老年心力衰竭患者左心形态与功能价值研究。方法方便选择该院2016年12月—2017年12月接收的72例心力衰竭老年患者资料,分LVDHF组(36例)、LVSHF组(36例),再择同期健康者72例为对照组;其中LVDHF组即为左心室的舒张性心力衰竭,LVSHF组是左心室的收缩性心力衰竭,对3组皆实施超声检查,比对3组的检查结果。结果 LVSHF组LAD是(42.20±3.10)mm相比对照组(24.30±1.65)mm及LVDHF组(32.20±2.29)mm皆高(P<0.05);APEF对照组为(50.01±9.23)cm/s,LVDHF组为(73.39±12.20)cm/s,LVSHF组是(62.20±12.90)cm/s,LVDHF组的APEF相比对照组更高,LVDHF组相比LVSHF组更高(P<0.05);E/A对照组为(1.32±0.20),LVSHF组是(0.78±0.16),LVDHF组为(0.92±0.14),LVDHF组和LVSHF组的E/A皆比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论超声应用于心力衰竭的老年患者中对左心形态、功能评价价值高。Objective This paper tries to analyze the left ventricular morphology and function of patients with senile heart failure by using ultrasound. Methods The data of 72 elderly patients with heart failure received from December 2016 to December 2017 in our hospital were divided into LVDHF group（36 cases） and LVSHF group（36 cases）, and 72 healthy patients were convenient selected as control group; LVDHF The group was left ventricular diastolic heart failure, and the LVSHF group was left ventricular systolic heart failure. Ultrasonography was performed on all three groups and the results of the three groups were compared. Results The LAD in the LVSHF group was（42.20±3.10） mm higher than that in the control group（24.30±1.65） mm and LVDHF group（32.20±2.29） mm（P〈0.05）; the APEF control group was（50.01±9.23） cm/s.The LVDHF group was（73.39±12.20）cm/s, and the LVSHF group was（62.20±12.90）cm/s. The APEF in the LVDHF group was higher than that in the control group, and the LVDHF group was higher than the LVSHF group（P〈0.05）; E/A the control group was（1.32 ±0.20）, the LVSHF group was（0.78 ±0.16）, and the LVDHF group was（0.92 ±0.14）. Both the LVDHF group and the LVSHF group had higher E/A than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ultrasound in elderly patients with heart failure is of high value for evaluation of left heart morphology and function.
