摘  要:从同杆并架双回线路故障的特征出发,分析了现有常规突变量选相元件在同杆并架线路发生跨线故障时存在的问题,提出了基于同杆双回线路突变量选相的新方案。系统发生故障后,选相元件根据故障电流的大小动态调整补偿电压与电压突变量的比例关系,进行区内简单故障与区内外复杂故障的识别,自适应地投入突变量选相元件。针对双回线的跨线故障采用改进的选相方案,可以有效解决发生跨线故障时突变量选相元件存在的误选多相的问题,提高了电力系统运行的安全、稳定性和输电的可靠性。Analyzing the faulty features of the double circuit lines on the same tower and the existing conventional mutation ofphase selection device that accrues in cross-line fault,a new method is proposed to deal with phrase selection based on mutant phase selection of double circuit lines. After the fault of system,phase selection device should adjust the proportional relation between the offset voltage and the voltage mutation according to the magnitude of the fault current,recognize the simple fault in internal area and complex fault in external area,input phase selection device adaptively. In view of cross-line fault of double circuit lines,a new phrase selection method is put forward,which effectively solve the mistaken choice of mutation phrase selection device while dealing with the cross-line fault,improve the security of the power system operation,stability and reliability of the transmission.
