摘 要:随着社会的高速发展,用户对电能的需求也日益增加,因此对供电可靠性提出了更高的要求。首先介绍了供电可靠性评估的方法,其次介绍了收益增量/成本增量评估方法及可靠性与费用的关系。该方法可运用于配电网供电可靠性的提升,综合考虑了可靠性与成本之间的关系,使得成本投资有效地运用于可靠性提升。最后运用某市实际配电网得的可靠性数据及网架结构对该方法进行了验证,对提升供电可靠性的各类措施运用收益增量/成本增量的评估方式进行逐一比较,选出最优方案,并绘制Pareto曲线。With the rapid development of the society,the demand for electricity is increasing. Therefore,the higher reliability of power supply is required. This paper introduces the methods of power supply reliability evaluation firstly,and then,introduces the incremental cost assessment method and the relationship between reliability and cost. This method can be adopted to improve the reliability of power supply in distribution network,with the comprehensive consideration of the relationship between reliability and cost,the cost investment is effectively used for reliability promotion. In the end,the method is verified by the reliability data and network structure of the actual distribution network in a city. This method is used to compare all kinds of measures to improve the reliability of power supply by using the evaluation method of income increment/cost increment,and select the best scheme and draw the Pareto curve.
