自制双层盐袋固定袋用于永久起搏器植入术后切口压迫效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨自制双层盐袋固定袋在永久起搏器植入术后患者切口压迫中的效果。方法 2015年1月至2016年6月在心内科行永久起搏器植入术的患者,随机进行分组。对照组患者术后使用两个500 g普通盐袋压迫切口12~24 h,观察组患者术后采用自制的双层盐袋固定袋压迫切口6~12 h。观察两组术后并发症、心理、睡眠状况、舒适度,患者和护士对压迫工具的满意度。结果观察组切口渗血1例、皮下血肿0例,对照组分别为7例和4例,与对照组相比,观察组患者术后并发症少(P<0.05),两组负面情绪(22例比9例),睡眠差(8例比19例),不舒服(21例比33例)比较,观察组患者心理、睡眠状况及术后舒适度更好,患者和护士的满意度高(P<0.05)。结论使用自制的双层盐袋固定袋压迫切口处,临床使用效果满意,有效降低术后并发症,提高患者的睡眠质量。Objective To investigate the effects of self-made bilayer salt bags on incision compression in patients with permanent pacemaker implantation. Methods Patients implanting permanent pacemaker in Department of Cardiology from January 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. In the control group,the incision was compressed by two 500 g normal salt bags for 12 to 24 hours while in the experimental group the incision was done by self-made bilayer salt bags for 6 to 12 hours. The post-operative complications,psychological and sleep status,degree of comfort and satisfaction to the compression of patients and nurses were investigated in the two groups. Results Compared with the control group,there were less post-operative complications（1 case vs. 7 cases for incision bleeding,0 case vs. 4 cases for subcutaneous hematoma） and better psychological and sleep status（22 cases vs. 9 cases for negative emotion,8 cases vs. 19 cases for poor quality of sleep） as well as higher degree of comfort and satisfaction rate of patients and nurses in the experimental group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion There are satisfying effects using self-made bilayer salt bags for compression,which can decrease post-operative complications and increase patients＇ sleep quality.
