摘 要:介绍了寒区蒲石河抽水蓄能电站上水库面板堆石坝安全监测设计的目的及原则,阐明了大坝监测的重点及选点原则,论述了变形监测、渗流监测及应力应变监测仪器的布设情况。监测成果及时有效地指导了面板堆石坝的施工,确保了大坝在蓄水期、运行期的安全,蒲石河抽水蓄能电站工程上水库安全监测设计是合理的、有效的。The purpose and principle of safety monitoring design is introduced for the upstream reservoir face rockfill dam of Pushihe pumped-storage power station in cold region. Meanwhile the key point and principle of selection of dam monitoring are clarified. In order to provide reference for similar projects,layout of deformation monitoring,seepage monitoring,stress and strain monitoring instruments are also discussed in detail. The safety monitoring results guides the construction of concrete face rockfill dams timely and effectively,which ensures the safety of the dam during the impoundment period and operation period. It shows that the design of the reservoir safety monitoring of the Pushihe pumped-storage power station project is reasonable and effective.
