摘　　要：当前,垦区面临着综合改革的新局面,随着国家垦区改革政策的颁布,为落实国家政策,发展垦区经济,激发活力,产出效能,通过调查二龙山农场的经济建设情况,提出二龙山农场在发展经济建设中的面临问题,并提出建议、对策,进而使农场职工对垦区具有认同感和归属感,增加凝聚力、向心力,产生参与经济建设的集体意识和行为,促进农场改革及垦区经济发展。At present,reclamation area was facing a new situation of reform,with the promulgation of the reform policies of national land reclamation area,to implement national policies,develop the economy of reclamation area,stimulate vitality,output efficiency,the economic development situation of Erlongshan farm was investigated and the facing problems in the development of economic construction was put forward. The suggestions and countermeasures were given to make the farm workers possess sense of identity and belonging,increase the cohesion and centripetal force,participate in the collective consciousness and behavior of economic construction,and promote the economic development of farm and reclamation area reform.
