摘　　要：锁斗循环泵普遍存在叶轮、导叶、耐磨板等易损件寿命短,机封泄露,检修频繁等问题;一种新的叶轮设计方案可以减小液体流速,有效减少叶轮,导叶和耐磨板等过流部件的磨损,提高叶轮等零件寿命,增强机组可靠性对整个气化装置的可靠运行具有重要意义。There are many problems in the lock bucket circulating pump, such as short life of the vane, guide vane, wear-resis- tant plate, leakage of seal, frequent maintenance, etc. A new impeller design scheme can reduce the flow rate of liquid and effectively reduce the impeller. The wear and tear of guide vane and wear-resistant plate, prolonging the life of impeller and other parts, and enhancing the reliability of the unit are of great significance to the reliable operation of the whole gasifier.
