摘　　要：本文在对石油储运系统应用管理研究中的有关理论进行阐述基础上,结合石油储运系统应用管理现状及发展模型、阻力因素等,通过实例,进行石油储运系统应急管理发展研究,以供参考。On the basis of expounding the related theories in the application management research of oil storage and transportation system, combining with the present situation, development model and resistance factors of application management of oil storage and transportation system, this paper studies the development of emergency management of oil storage and transportation system through examples, for reference.
