摘　　要：介绍了天津渤化石化有限公司丙烷脱氢年产60万吨丙烯装置中GEM溶气浮选系统在污水预处理上的应用,实践证明,利用GEM溶气浮选系统能够有效处理含乳化油的污水,为装置运行提供了保证。This paper introduces the application of GEM dissolved gas flotation system in the pretreatment of sewage in propane dehydrogenation unit with an annual output of 600,000 tons of propylene in Tianjin Bohua petrochemical co., ltd. The practice proves that the use of GEM dissolved gas flotation system can effectively treat sewage containing emulsified oil and provide guarantee for the operation of the unit.
