民办高校法学专业群建设的可行性研究

摘　　要：民办高校是指利用非国家财政性教育经费,面向社会举办的高等学校及其他教育机构。而专业群是由一个或几个办学实力强、就业率高的专业作为核心专业,专业的基础学科相同或相近,实验实训条件相同或相近,职业岗位链条相近或相关等具有共享性的几个专业组成的一个集合。专业群建设并非是简单地将多个专业划分在一起,而是一个包含教学资源、师资配备、实训体系在内的资源整合活动。与众多公办普通高校不同,民办高校更倾向于打造应用技术型高校,在理论教授和教学实践中要求合理的安排,在学科设置和建设上打造出特色,培养面向市场需求的专业复合型人才。Private colleges refer to colleges and other educational institutions that use non-state financial education funds and are organized for the society. A major group consists of one or more majors with strong education capabilities and high employment rates as core majors, which have the same of similar basic disciplines, experimental and training conditions, occupations and posts. The construction of a major group is not simply a collection of multiple majors, but a resource integration that includes teaching resources, teacher equipment, and training systems. Unlike public institutions of higher learning, private colleges are more inclined to build applied-technology colleges. They require reasonable arrangements in theoretical teaching and teaching practice, creating features in the setting and construction of disciplines, so as to cultivate professional and compound talents that meet market demands.
