摘　　要：21世纪以来,农村群体性事件日渐增多,成为社会发展的一大威胁因素。在对群体性事件现状深入分析的基础上,本文将从乡镇政府的视角尝试提出相应治理意见,如厘清乡镇政府角色、完善"舆情引导机制"和"参与-回应机制"。Since the 21st century, the rural group events are increasing day by day, and become a great threat factor to the social development. Based on the in-depth analysis of the present situation of group events, this paper tries to put forward corresponding management suggestions from the perspective of township government, such as clarifying the role of township government,perfecting the ＂guiding mechanism of public opinion＂ and＂participation-response mechanism＂.
