摘　　要：思想引领作为共青团的核心职能,在移动互联网迅速普及的今天已经逐步插上了网络的翅膀,但限于客观条件单靠学校官方很难真正地服务好引领好数量众多的青年大学生,因此迫切需要建立一支由学生组成的自治组织,从朋辈互助的角度引导身边的同学自觉遵守网络道德,而学生网络文明自治组织因为其工作平台和工作内容的虚拟性、开放性,使得其在具备传统学生组织共性特征之外还有其特殊性,即网络文明自治组织的运行高度依赖互联网平台,组织存在形态灵活多样。正是因为其这一独特属性,也决定了它的运行模式要有别于一般的学生自治组织。As the core function of the Communist Youth League, the ideological leadership has gradually inserted the wings of the network with the rapid popularization of the mobile Internet. However, it is difficult to really serve the large number of young college students on the basis of objective conditions. Therefore, there is an urgent need to establish an autonomous organization composed of students. From the perspective of peer support,we should guide students around us to conscientiously abide by network morality and ＂ create a clear cyberspace＂, The autonomous organization of student network civilization with the aim of driving students around to be a good Internet user in China, because of its virtual work platform and work content, makes it have the commonality of traditional student organization. There is also its particularity, that is, the operation of the autonomous organization of network civilization is highly dependent on the Internet platform, and the existence of the organization is flexible and diverse. It has also decided that his operating mode should be different from the general student autonomous organization.
