摘　　要：当前,黑龙江省科技园区已经发展到了从量变到质变的关键时期,如何依托科技园区发展好农业高新基础产业,是我省农业发展必须要解决的问题。本文对黑龙江省科技园区及其发展农业高新技术产业的潜力与问题等进行了分析,并提出了依托科技园区发展农业高新技术产业的系列对策建议。In this paper, the Heilongjiang province science and technology park and its develop-ment potential and problems of agricultural new and high technology industries and so on are an-alyzed, and puts forward the rely on science and technology park development agricultural hi-tech industry a series of countermeasures and Suggestions.
