习近平的农业转移人口市民化思想探析

摘　　要：习近平的农业转移人口市民化思想是在全球城市化发展趋势、我国农民工边缘化困境、我国建设新型城镇化背景及全面建成小康社会的新形势下提出的。习近平的农业转移人口市民化思想包括以下几个方面:新时代中国社会主要矛盾的变化及其要求是实现农业转移人口市民化的基本依据;推进新型城镇化建设是实现农业转移人口市民化的重要契机;推进农业转移人口市民化应有序进行;推进基本公共服务均等化是实现农业转移人口市民化的重要保障;提高农民工素质和能力是实现农业转移人口市民化的有力支撑。习近平的农业转移人口市民化思想具有重要的理论和现实意义。Xi Jinping＇s idea of citizenization of agricultural population was put forward under the global trend of urbanization, the marginalization of rural migrant workers in China, the building of a new type of urbanization in China, and the new situation of building awell-off society in an all-round way. This thought includes the following aspects： the changes of the main contradictions of Chinese new so-ciety and their basic requirements for realizing the citizenization of agricultural population; the fact that accelerating the construction ofnew-type urbanization is an important part of realizing the citizenization of agricultural population. Besides, promoting the equalization ofbasic public services provides an important guarantee for the realization of urbanization of agricultural population; improving the qualityand ability of migrant workers is to a strong support of the urbanization of agricultural population. Xi Jinping＇s idea of citizenization of agricultural population owns important theoretical and practical significance.
