大学习理念培养与高校学风建设探讨

摘  要:现代社会需要大学生全面发展,不但要有扎实的专业知识和熟练的专业技能,还需要具备良好的综合素质与能力。综合素质与能力的培养需要通过在实践中学习来实现,也就是说大学生不但需要刻苦努力学习专业知识与技能,更需要通过学习来实现自身综合素质与能力的提升——大学生需要全面地学习,即大学习。大学习理念的培养能够促使学生明确学习目标,激发学习内动力和主动性,从而促进高校学风建设。Modern society needs college students to develop in an all-round way which not only focus on solid professional knowledge and skillful professional skills, but also stress a good overall quality and ability. The cultivation of comprehensive quality and ability needs to be achieved through learning in practice, that is to say, college students not only have to work hard to learn professional knowledge and skills, but more importantly have to improve comprehensive quality and ability through learning. In conclusion, college students need to learn in a comprehensive way, namely, comprehensive learning. The cultivation of the concept of comprehensive learning could help students to clear their learning objectives, stimulate the motivation and initiative in learning, and consequently promote the construction of academic atmosphere.
